How it works

Once you have adjusted the adjustable heel to your shoe size and adjusted the height of the calf strap to your leg length, you can try out the stilts. To securely strap on the stilts, which can bear loads of up to 105 kg, it is best to sit on a surface about 70 cm high, such as a table, and place the stilts in front of you with the leg holder facing outwards. First fasten the calf strap to prevent the stilt from kinking. Then tighten the two foot straps and finally insert the protruding straps into the safety catch.
